Registration Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you cannot attend the ASD 2018 you must contact AVS at 530-896-0477, heather@avs.org by April 15, 2018, to receive a refund, less a $100.00 processing fee.  No refunds can be given for cancellations after April 15.
