Presentation & Poster Guidelines

Time allotted: 12 minute presentation, plus 3 minutes for questions and answers (15 minutes total).
Invited:
Time allotted: 25 minute presentation, plus 5 minutes for questions and answers (30 minutes total).
Poster:
- Poster Preparation: Before the Workshop. When preparing your poster presentation, please include the title of your presentation, the author listing, and program number. Boards made of foam core (30 x 40 inches) will be available for presenters to mount their posters on, and tacks will be available for posting the work. Please do not print your poster at a size larger than 30 x 40 inches.
- Poster Mounting: 4/29/18. Boards will be available for presenters to mount their posters on during the late afternoon of Sunday, April 29th, and tacks will be available for posting the work. A sign with your program number and presenter name will be placed at the location where you will display your work.
- Poster Session: 4/30/18. Poster presenters are asked to be present at (or near) their posters during the times scheduled for the Poster Session at the Reception/Dinner on Monday, April 30th.
- Poster Viewing: 4/29/18 to 5/1/18. Workshop attendees will be able to view the posters during this time period. Poster presenters are asked to be near their posters only during the Poster Session on the evening of Monday, April 30th.
- Poster Removal: 5/1/18. Posters must be removed during the morning of Tuesday, May 1st. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for any posters left on the boards after noon on May 1st.
